President Abdel El Sisi Welcomes Zuriel Oduwole To Egypt, Talks Development & Gender Issues

As one of the Arab worlds most influential leaders and a great ally of the United states - receiving over $1Billion in strategic aid annually, President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has welcomed Global Speaker, Girl Education Advocate and Film Maker Zuriel Oduwole to the North African country.

Having met and sat down one-on-one with 28 world leaders previously, he is the first Arab leader to welcome her to his country. Breaking all protocols in her dress code, head gear and shoes for the meetings, the event produced by Zuriel and her youthful 'All-Girl-Crew" all aged below 18, was taped for broadcast on National Television for all Egyptians to see, underlying the importance the President places on the growing influence of this simple, unassuming but seriously mission focused 16 year old girl.

Zuriel also wants to tell the story of the successes of educated young women to the Arab world, while highlighting the continued challenges and progress still needed to bring equity with the men across the region
